Diane Lebowitz is a structured finance professional with more than three decades of experience in ABS and RMBS cash flow modeling, ratings analysis, model governance, and technical leadership. She has combined deep analytical expertise with a sustained focus on mentoring, training, and developing the next generation of structured finance professionals.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Mathematics from Brown University, where her studies focused on theoretical mathematics. Her academic foundation continues to inform her approach to complex financial modeling and analytical problem-solving.
Through Cashflow Queen Consulting, Diane provides independent advisory services, technical training, and educational content for professionals and organizations involved in structured finance and securitization. She is committed to making complex modeling concepts accessible through practical, real-world examples and clear explanations.
Outside of structured finance, Diane is an avid distance runner and road racer, plays the violin, and volunteers with GallopNYC, supporting therapeutic horseback riding programs.
